Our Portfolio

Since its formation in 2022, EVC Partners has already built a pipeline of properties that are suitable for the development of EV charging and alternative fuel stations, with an initial focus on California.

In assembling its portfolio of properties, EVC Partners is targeting sites that are in close proximity (< 1 mile if possible) to access points to major highways designated as Alternative Fuel Corridors, a key criterion for some government funding initiatives, and that are of sufficient size (e.g., 5+ acres) to accommodate an EV charging/alternative fueling station for both autos and trucks, including ancillary uses. While inter-city sites along major transportation corridors have been and will continue to be a primary focus of EVC Partners, the company will also consider sites near large industrial centers, such as the site it acquired in the Barstow, CA area directly across from BNSF’s planned Barstow International Gateway multi-modal and industrial project.

Key to any evaluation of a site by EVC Partners is whether the property is approved for its intended use or can be entitled for such use in a reasonable timeframe. Also critical to EVC Partners’ evaluation of a site is whether there is sufficient supply of electrical power available to the site to meet near term and long-term energy needs.
